Since the beginning of QMS we have a ZERO record of theft/missing items. Our clients fully trust Qatar Maid Service and its maids. Thus, 60% of the total clients have provided QMS with a spare key for their apartments and villas. This is a level of COMPLETE TRUST we have built in the past 9 years.

All of our cleaners are insured and bonded; therefore you do not need to worry about the safety and security of your place. QMS ensures that client’s property is safe and secured. We have strict security systems in place. Each day check- in and check-out for all the cleaners are conducted by professionally trained security guards. Any items/goods that have been given by the client as a gift to the maid should have a WAIVER from the client or the invoice for the items if they have been purchased. Any unusual items/objects without a waiver or an invoice are questionable. If proven guilty it will lead to deportation. If any unresolved issues there are, QMS fully supports its client to assist in further investigation including the involvement of police.

For your assurance, QMS has a ZERO tolerance policy for any theft. We always advise clients to keep all valuables including important document safe and secured to avoid any confusion between client and cleaner. This ensures a clearer, better & saferer place to work.
